Just after 2300 hours, Rescue Squad 1 was requested by Montgomery County for the building fire. First arriving units reported fire showing extending to the roof. Squad 1 arrived moments later and gained entry to Division 2 via ground ladder. The crew worked on Division 2 before making their way into the attic. Squad 1's crew extinguished the majority of remaining fire in the roof and peak areas. The unit was ready for service just before 0100 hours
