Shortly after 1930 hours, Truck 1 was alerted to respond to Montgomery County for the 2-alarm apartment fire. Truck 1 responded on the call with a crew of 7 along with Chief 1. Truck 1's crew arrived on scene with fire showing as was assigned to the Rapid Intervention Group (RIG) and staged below the fire floor. Chief 1 was assigned the RIG and coordinated the rapid intervention activities. Truck 1 and Chief 1 cleared just around 2 hours later.
