HVFD Alum Tapped as New DC Fire Chief PDF Print E-mail

Image Former HVFD live-in member and volunteer line officer Dennis L. Rubin has been tapped as the new Fire Chief for the Nation's capital.

Rubin, 54, is a former D.C. firefighter. He has resigned his current post as Fire Chief in Atlanta. Dennis is the former chief of Norfolk, VA, and the former fire chief and city manager of Dothan, Alabama.
