Truck 1 won best appearing aerial ladder at the Cumberland Valley Fireman Association's annual convention in 1997, held at our sister company in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Crew members also provided a fill-in crew at the Always There Hook and Ladder Company in Waynesboro on August 9th, the last night of the WVFD annual carnival.
